Aim
To demonstrate the independence of horizontal and vertical motion.

Description
The projectile glider consists of a spring loaded vertical cannon enclosed with a funnel. A mechanical timer acts as the firing machanism. The cannon is loaded and primed and given a small initial velocity. The projectile is caught by the funnel.
